Fabricating facilities (Structural Steel Factory) of SK "Eksstroymontazh" Group of Companies are situated in Ramenskoe, Moscow Region. Production output is approximately 1,400 ton/month. That is enough to supply 4-5 middle-size construction facilities at a time – warehouses, metal hangars, industrial and domestic facilities. Sheet metal is pattern-cut at a portal thermal cutting machine with numeric control; structural steel is welded only with semiautomatic machines in the protective atmosphere; rolled sections are cut with modern band-saws; and all the variety of metal-cutting machines is used to mechanically finish the surfaces.

Continuous monitoring of our products is the main factor of our factory profitability. All the production cycles require strict adherence to design rules. That is why we are constantly monitoring quality of structural steel fabrication using ultrasound joints inspection, sand-blasting preparation of surfaces, painting and drying in a special paint spray chamber. Our Structural Steel Factory has everything to produce structural steel products and to erect them promptly and well. Up-to-date fabrication equipment let us produce 300-350 ton of structural steel a week.

Unfortunately, nowadays some dishonest contractors fabricate structural steel right at the site of warehouses or prefabricated hangars construction. Obviously they are trying to save on production facilities and do not want to "share" with a structural steel factory. In most cases both the Contractor and the Investor lose on such savings.
